Borders on Movie for flash player

Hi, I am sure there is a simple answer ... however, I cannot find any answer
.
I have an 800x600 flash movie. In the first frame I have fscommand("showmenu
",
false); or stage.showMenu = "false";
(is one better?)
However, when I run the .exe there is a border on the top and bottom of the
movie. Is there anyway of getting rid of the this. Resizing it or something?
I am using Flash MX 2004 Professional.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
