When I create a website using the website design wizard in
Publisher 2003, it looks very nice in the view where I
created it. However, when I use web page preview, much of
the text, lines and graphics seem to move out of place and
nothing is lined up.

What can I do about this?

Make sure you aren't using any of the functionality that is meant for print
publications versus web publications. Such as line spacing, drop fonts,
subscripts, super scripts, word wrap, just to name a few. And make sure all
objects are on the document and not over-flowing into the scratch area. You
might post the url for review.

Thanks, but I am just using the web site creation design
wizard, and everything lines up in the view where I create
it. Not using any print publication functionality at
all....just what the wizard tells me to do.

In the view where I create the document, none of the items
are overflowing. But, they all definitely shift in Web
Page Preview, often to the right and also down. I am
using IE version 6.0 for the web page preview.

This is pretty much consistent with any Publication design
that I use----Axis, Bars, Layers, etc. Text and graphics
seem to shift to the right and downward, and then of
course are not lined up with lines on the page and other
text.

I could probably tell you what the issue is if you want to send me the pub
file.

I only saw such a problem with the tag line. Which was easily corrected by
lengthening it.
