the design but am a little concerned about putting this much flash in the ma

navigation, also I am working the the wmode feature to make the transparency
which looks like is not supported in opera. Any feedback would be great than

I didn't have any problem with the sticky menu. Your image has a very funky
copy of a cloud that was moved over some object that you didn't want to
show. The reason I mention it is that it was the first thing I saw. :(  I
grabbed your pic and spent about 30 sec. with the smudge tool in FW. If you
want the result here is a link. www.alaitheana.org/images/z.jpg  A flash
only nav is a limitation. You could add page links to your text links at the
bottom of your page in addition to the flash nav. I've seen that done and it
is a nice clean alternative(in my opinion) for people who don't have a flash
player.
You need to change your layout some. I reduced my monitor resolution to
800x600 and you flash nav moves down like it did for rappelec. You need to
change all your divs to absolute widths. What is happening is since most of
your divs are relative it bumps them around when ever it feels like it.:(
Change your divs to size defined tables or absolutely positioned divs and it
should fix your problem. If someone has a better suggestion on how to do it
feel free to correct me.
Otherwise, I think it is a nice clean site. Not complicated and bulky, loads
fast.

Great thanks for the feedback, and the image! That image was actually done b
y
our previous creative designer who is no longer with the company.  :)  It lo
oks
like I corrected some of the <div> issues I was having, I had some errors in
 my
css. I was floating both the left nav and the right content which caused the
m
to shift on either a lower res or when you resized the window. Seems to be
corrected now. As far as the links at the bottom I think I am going to take
your advise, I am a little wierry with an all flash nav but everyone here
really seems to like the design and layout of the site.

In response to the last post I believe he is just saying to include html lin
ks
at the bottom of the page to the sections presented in the flash navigation 
up
at top. So that if someone without a flash player visits the site they will
still be able to navigate in some way. Please correct me if I am
misunderstanding you.
