Does anyone know of tutorials, or blogs, etc that talk about editing text th
at is on an image scanned in? 

Have been using PSP7 for a few years but have always used text I created on 
images I created. I have images that have text on then already and I want to
 modify that text (words, colors, etc) and the PSP 'books' I have are sparse
 on details.
