I have an outlook calendar that I saved as a web page and created a link to
it in my publisher website.  In publisher I can CTRL + Click on the link and
it works, but when I preview my site in explorer, the link doesn't work.  an

Did you actually upload the Outlook html to your website? If you did, then
you haven't written the link correctly.
