hello,
I need to create a simple webpage and it appears that publisher will be
adequate. however, i do need to enable users to download pdfs and powerpoint
presentations, view video and submit forms. Near as I can tell, publisher
will enable me to create forms that are submitted but it would appear that
only Frontpage will enable me to let users download pdfs, files and video.
is this correct? thank you for your help.
I have a Publisher 2000 created website http://www.vanusa.org/index.html and
have available for visitors to download pdf and other files.

Publisher is a DTP that can produce simple static websites, but if you have
FrontPage it is the better tool. Reference the following: "Using Publisher
