I never noticed anything like this before:

66.249.72.1 - - [08/Jun/2006:22:08:53 -0400] "GET /cgi-bin/rbltqm?ip=66.

+http://www.google.com/bot.html)"

The bot is checking the DNSBL status of another bot IP.
