I uploaded a *.mpeg file to my website in to a folder & created *.htm page w

a link to that file. The problem is when I click on that link it gives me fu

page of encrypted text instead of an option to download. What I'm doing wron
g?

It sounds like a server configuration problem where the server is
sending the .mpeg with a Content-type=text/plain. That's what most
servers will do with unrecognized file types. Contact your host.

In addition to that: The correct content type would be "video/mpeg".
