That message means that you haven't specified which file in your local site
is actually your homepage. I believe you only get it when you are using
filenames that are not normally used for homepages. You can dismiss this by
right clicking on a file in the local site's file list and set it as the
homepage.
This would only affect DW's ability to draw a site map for you - it has no
other impact on the site....
