Hi, im curently doing short animations for my work. the animations are of si
nce
topics like the water cycle and i would animate the proccess. the problem is
when i test it in a web browser the animations go very slow. The way im
creating the animations at the moment are in movie clip on the main time lin
e
inside the first movie clip ill have a animation play out for about 10 secs
then for the next scene i would have a goto and play frame 2. i have about 6
frames all up. im running the animations at 30 fps i have tested it with 15
frames and shortend the time lines but is still works slow. They r simple
animations and there is no reason for them to work slow. any ideas?

You might be wasting cpu power doing things that should be suspended
or simply doing too much animation of bitmaps or alpha effects.
Lots of possibilities so more detail would be required or a link to
the file.

I can't look at it myself (wrong version of Flash). You might do
better to post to macromedia.flash instead of here. It's a lot more
active than this forum.
