Michael, thanks for your prompt reply. I'll explain exactly what I want to
accomplish. Let's say I have a web site (www.MyDomain.com/index.html) that
shows a small swf intro movie (movie1.swf). At the end of that movie, a new
html page should load that will play a 2nd movie (movie2.swf). This new web
page (www.MyDomain.com/Movie2.html) will also have, below the area that hold
s
movie2.swf, a small form for users to input their personal info (name, email
,
phone #, best time to call, etc.) that the page ([url]www.MyDomain.com/Movie2.html[/url
])
will email me, so I can contact that prospect. The problem is I can't make t
he
html page to play the second movie (in a new page).
Another option that I was considering was to join those 2 movies into a sing
le
movie, thus having a single page, with a single movie, and with the form in
it.
In this scenario, is there a way to join those 2 movies into a single one? I
am
using Macromedia Flash Pro ver. 8. I'm new using this software and I don't k
now
if Flash 8 can do it. It's so vast and has so many commands that it makes me
dizzy. I believe I can do it, but I don't know how. How can I import a movie
project into another? Or, how can I "merge" 2 movies into one? Or, how can y
ou
import one fla project into another? How could you explain in a 9-year-old
language how to accomplish this task?
I hope this will clarify my intentions. Any light you could shed will be
extremely appreciated. Thanks in advance.
