I have a series of web pages that I would like to link and publish as one si
te.
Currently each page publishes by it self. How can I put this all together
so that
when I publish the index.htm page it takes all of them not just the index
page?

All the pages in a Publisher web publication (.pub) do publish. But if you
are using version 2002 or 2003, you may not have understood that. See the
FAQ http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30

When I published the Index page no othe page published. No other infolders
were made other than the index_images folder. What did I do wrong?
