messes with the Republican notion, that everybody is either "us or
third
world", do I bother you? Does my intellect bother you? American
universities didn't acept my summa cum laude. I understand that you
have your system, and you have your own ways of accepting or not
accepting
other standards, you have your own standards, and Americans need that
racist comfort zone, a zone so big as the USA, and there is definitely
no space
for third world issues.

I mean you are not going to run into a woman from a factory in Rusia
having a problem with a web server and she running into another russian
woman online and they turn out to be related. No, this is not the place
where third world issues - though russia is considered second world -
you know what I mean, this is the first world, and its a
technologically
advanced environment, where a netiquette exits, but its mostly envy and
posessiveness that rules this territory. Americans basically think they
rule,
believe me, Europeans or any other nation in the world would not
consider
the 200 page netiquette for asking questions online. Its, you know, a
moralist
culture in the USA, blinds people with nonsense and brainwash. Just
check out how moral - almost religious - the offical netiquette is. Its
not
realistic, and we Europeans know that American kids want to be
superhero when they grow up, and kids in the rest of the world take
things
a bit more seriously than Bush, and do not rely on netiquettes.
