Further to Steve's post I took a look to see what he meant.
Anyway, this Browserhawk (http://www.cyscape.com) claims
"makes it easy for professional web developers to build high impact
sites that reach the widest possible audience, while ensuring a
Flawless Web Experience for every visitor regardless of their browser
settings and system capabilities"
so I was most amused (sic) that in my non-full screen Browser window
their site scrolls.
Perhaps they should like to be taught about web design ? (Check the
source code. Fixed width and convoluted nested tables used for
layout).

Look at their list of customers. Ain't it fun that people who don't worry
too much have all the big customers?

I went to the order page and got this:
<quote>
Unsupported browser type
Your web browser is: Konqueror. This order system requires an IE, Netscape,
Opera, Mozilla, Safari, or Firefox browser. Please return to this page
using one of these supported browsers.
</quote>
Absolutely hilarious.

That text is exactly where the page looks the worst in my browser.

Magic!
"Flawless Web Experience for every visitor regardless of their
browser" so long as it's a contemporary, mainstream Windows browser!

Did you contact the "customers" to establish if they really are
customers? A lot of companies falsely claim patronage from others to
promote themselves.

Heh. It only reads the UA string. I am *not* using a Mac. What a sham.
An expensive sham.

Soooo many web design companies have no clue. The main page:
<http://validator.w3.org/check?verbo.../>
%3Fbhjs%3D0>
"Failed validation, 42 errors"
..and the CSS validator chokes.

They don't like Lynx either.
Norman, wondering if he should try Firefox with it set to fake Lynx. :)

If they are lying, they do have a lot of coverage:
