A resource best ignored, use the real information instead:
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/changes.html

And note that CSS2.0 should be considered of historical importance only,
the CSS2.1 proposals are a far better resource. Thus anyone using the
above W3 resource should consecutively read
http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/changes.html
