Anyone know of a good filter or tutorial to give images the glossy gel
look like the buttons on a mac?

there is an already made style at Adobe Studio Exchange
free to download
has ALL the Mac gels (called Mac OS X styles shapes and swatches in one zip
file)
make shape you want, click the style
