You may just refer to the Terms if they were in a previously existing
contract/agreement or work order. But if there was no previous agreement in
writing it's good to make clear what they are paying for on the invoice
somewhere. By proceeding to pay they have agreed on the terms. Still, good
double protection if mentioned, either way.
