The first four FAQs are about forms here:
http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30

Those suggestions help. on my form page of my website I wanted to have it
emailed. In publisher 2002 you can do that, but the server that I am posting
to says that it does support front page extentions but when I click on the
link it takes me to a folder on my web page that does not have the
extentions. How do I point the submit button to the extention to email the
page?

Go back to the FAQ page, and find the FAQ about testing to see if the
FrontPage extensions are installed. It is near the bottom if I remember
correctly. If through that test it shows that they are not installed, you
will have to contact your host again and ask them to install them.

If you didn't use HTTP to publish your site, then you may have corrupted the
extensions, and again, your host will have to reinstall them. And as to your
next question about using HTTP to publish your site, go to the main page for
Pub 2003 under Web Design, and review the articles.
