Hope someone can help, using DW8 on Win XP I am unable to view live data or
test a page in the browser, I get an error that a include file cannot be fou
nd.
All my includes are in the DW site /includes. They work fine live on the
server but I cannot test locally.  I assume I have a setting wrong in DW or 
IIs
but I have no idea what I am looking for.  (have tried both include=file and
include=virtual with the same results
