Just my 2 cents too :
I often use a vector program to map things out, and then import the vectors
into PhotoShop if they need to be rastor images and have some filters
applied to make them look more photorealistic. If not, then I import the
vectors right into Flash and go from there. Both ways work, but remember
rastor image = larger file sizes. It seems to me that most people find
Flashes rudimentary drawing tools a bit lacking when you need more detail,
but there are those who have practiced enough and developed their skills to
the point they can do just about anything with Flash drawing tools. So it
depends on your needs, you abilities and what you are comfortable with.
