i want to either create a site or just a movie that has a grid with 1000000 
boxs 10px by 10px

can anyone help me?

Have you thought this through? You would need grid of 1000x1000 boxes. At 10
pixels each side, that would make your site 10000 pixels wide and high.
What's the point?
