Cast your eyes, browsers etc. over this one please.

All comments and critique welcome.

Hope it's not too slow when viewed from outside of the islands.

I think it's fine. The only question is why did you make the <emph> class instead of redefining <em> or <strong> ?

Works for me. Less is more. My pages tend to be as simple as I can make them, too. Clean code, functioning pages. I like it.

Fast as lightning in the states, but then I'm on cable modem. ;-) -- Brian follow the directions in my address to email me

That is an excellent question, well presented ! I have no idea, must have been a mental block at the time. I will review it.

Despite Mark's disorientation, he does bring up a valid point. The page is a little bland. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Falkland Islands are rather pretty. Take advantage of that. Step outside with a digital camera and take a few photos and put together something like this: http://www.goddamn.co.uk/tobyink/scratch/rba.org.fk/ I was a little rushed in finding a nice picture of the Falklands, and you'd need to work a little bit on liquidity, but you get the idea, right? -- Toby A Inkster BSc (Hons) ARCS Contact Me - http://www.goddamn.co.uk/tobyink/?page=132

Except make that image a background image to the heading, so the h1 element can sit over it. All the benefits of a nice presentation, with no loss in structure, meaning, or flexibility. -- Brian follow the directions in my address to email me
