help,
I have photoshop and i need to use a multiuse of the measure tool on
n image without losing the previews rules
if you know more software that can give this utility

It depends on what you are trying to do...are you planning on slicing the
images?  You can drag an additional line from the ruler itself to a specific
point on your image both vertically and horizontally by simply clicking,
holding and dragging the line to the point you want.  These lines do not
show up in a render.
