After a long break i finally started to design websites again and was trying
 to color the scrollbars for  the website but somehow it wouldnt work.. 

My question is; has there been some changes in CSS or doesnt the new ie and 
mozilla browsers support coloring the scrollbars. And if someone could post 
an example of the codes for coloring the scrollbars i'd appreciate it. Thank
