i made a movie clip where the text is to (for simplicity sake of describing)
rotate, but when i ctrl+enter to test, it disappears at the part it is to st

rotating. what's the deal? it works fine viewing on the movieclip timeline..

Just use Static text .. not Dynamic or Input text. It will not
disappear if you rotate static text. If you do need dynamic text you
will need to embed the font outline so it won't disappear. Embed font
outline is under the "character" button for text properties.
