I've set up a small power point presentation on my website in Publisher 2003
.
Why doesn't it run on the website?

I'm assuming you loaded the ppt or pps file? Program files can be run
online. You need to use the save as web option in PP to convert the show to
a web (just like you do with your pub document) and then link from a pub
page to the home page of the PP site.

OK, I'm a total rookie here, so I think I need my hand held a bit on this
one. If you could take a look at my site [url]http://home.wi.rr.com/gladiatorcheer[/url
]
and go to my Pictures page. I can see the "test" presentation there, and whe
n
I wave my mouse over it, it looks like something might happen, but nothing.
Do I need to create a separate page with a separate link? And won't I
overwrite my entire web site if I try and save it as a new "index" file? Can
you upload two separate index files into one web site? If so, how? This whol
e
thing is to show pictures in a more fun way than just copying and pasting
still pictures to the Pictures page. Thank you very much

Where is PowerPoint presentation supposed to me? I don't see anything that
even indicates it.

I inserted a PPS object into a page, in Publisher(2003) I can execute the
presentation, but when I do a Web Page preview, I only get the opening page
of the presentation? Can the PPS be run directly from the site, or do I have
to convert to a htm, mth. I wanted to present the automatic version of the
file, to display the pictures at a certain interval.
