Can't close file service.cnf.

I get the error message during publication that Frontpage can not close the
file
service.cnf.  The file is not on my machine.  I have un-installed and
re-installed Frontpage several times and continue to get the same error
message.  If anyone has an idea please contact me at   bobbytipton@comcast.n

You need to contact your host and ask them to run a check on the extensions 
and/or check the
permissions for your account.
