Every time I load a website I created that contains a flash navigation bar, 
my internet explorer prompts me about trusted content. How do I get rid of t
hese prompts?

Go to Tools > Internet Options. Select the Advanced Tab. Scroll down to the 
Multimedia section. Check off the box for "Play animations in web pages"
