Well now...there's a mouthfull!
Alot of work here for a newbie!
High Quality doesn't have to be flash, you know!
You must be very good to commit to a full flash site!
There are many you can choose from, already established...on the net!
Or ...Take a bit of HIGH learning curve and get it in around 1-2 years?
Not easy! Have the time? Get Tutes and start!
PLUS adobe Photoshop would help...another high learning curve program!

If you already know how to do tweens and create buttons, then you know the
basics of making a quality website using Flash. Only thing left is maybe the
actionscript for making the buttons do something. This is easily learned
with plenty of tutorials on the web or any actionscripting book. Look up
"event handlers" on the web and you'll see.
