If they let Elements 3 go for $30 after rebate, sure, since Corel isn't
know for sale pricing.  At that price I'll be a buyer if they undumb 2
enough to make it worth the upgrade.  Nobody denies that PS is a quality
program, just that it is difficult to use and grossly overpriced.  So is
Elements at $100, given that you can't do much with it compared to PSP 7,8
or 9.  What it does do, it does quite competently.
