PSP9 New features?

I finally got my upgrade offer for PSP 9.  The brochure was not very
informative.  It did not list new features.  It showed some of the
things you can do with PSP to edit/correct photos, but I think I can
do all of that with 8. What new features does 9 have that makes it
worth sixty bucks?

For Photos. Digital noise reduction, As good or better then Neat image and
you get the rest of psp for the same price. Chromatic Aberration filter,
works a charm. Backlight correction, fillflash correction and some new lens
distortion correction filters.

Art Media (so good Corel bought the company to stop it taking sales of
painter :¬)

Displacement maps. New Vector shapes tools. Ect. Ect. Ect.,

There are none. PSP-9 is just a bug fix for PSP-8, but with a price tag.
