dialogue box that won't go away

Deamweaver MX 2004
"HTML Corrections" message box keeps coming up when opening DW (without
opeining any files) and occasionally when opeining one particular file.
Contents:
Corrected invalid html
Line 1 Col 43 Closed <formats> tag that was left unclosed

Doesn't make any sense to me. Anyone know how to get rid of the thing ???
