Just started using DW MX 2004. Have been using TopStyle (3.10) to code CSS
for years with DW. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I can't seem to
integrate TS with DW as I did before. When I saved in TS the linked CSS file
always updated automatically in the pages in DW before, now it doesn't.

Drives me crazy. Is TS no longer integratable with this version DW? Else,
what does it take to get this working again as before?
