Try adding a tabindex attribute to all the links on that page, and see if
that helps.  I also note that you have disabled the accessability feature
for those links with -

<a href="index.php?id=164" onfocus="blurLink(this);">

and you may want to reconsider that as well....

it's for and if we can disable it.
