How to preview complete website before publishing?

I have most of my web design finished but would like to see how the entire
thing will function on the internet.  Is this possible.

The recent releases of Publisher have a web preview. The best way to test
though is to just load it and test on the server itself. You'll have plenty
of time to test it before anyone finds it.
