help with changing a psp file in a shape in psp 8

I have a problem in psps 8.

I like to open shapes.
But when i got to the shapes a get an error message
taht says


"can not open dat psp file,  contains no raster (image) layers"


it seens that it is a psp file that needs to be schanged in a shape.

i can't open that file in psp at all, so i don't know how to do that.
Maybe there is someone here who can help me.
