I can't make out what it says on those image buttons. Cursive fonts are
quite hard to read on screen. The text looks pixelated, too, which
doesn't help readability. I suggest using plain text links styled to
look like buttons. You can do some pretty fancy things with CSS these days.
The crest image doesn't look good to me. Firstly, the transparent gif
was made with a light background. It needs to be remade with a dark
background that will blend better with the dark page background.
Secondly, the blue of the crest looks out of place with the other page
colors. They just don't go well together, at least not to me.
I usually complain about text being too small for me, but in your case
it is overly large. :) <font size=+1> ?? Drop all those <font> tags and
use CSS instead. Italics can be quite hard on the eyes, too. Stick to
the default text size, weight and style and it will be easier to read.

This page has everything absolutely positioned with set height and
width. At my larger-than-average text size, nothing fits right. It looks
quite broken.
