Hi all,

I'm a PSP 8 newbie. I often see some web page header images have very fine
horizontal parallel lines. They've decorative and looks very cool. Can
someone tell me how to make the parallel lines?

Use some other software besides PSP.

Welcome, Road. There are many ways, but the quickest might be the
Blinds texture. Experiment with Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds.

browse the Backgrounds section.
