I just put a scrolling marquee on my web site.  I would like to
1.  change the font
2.  change the color
3.  put it inside a box so it looks finished
4.  change the speed.  Thank you for your advise.

coding is sorta out of scope for this forum, your best resource for coding

I went to google, searched on "marquee tag", and the top hit was -
