Using PSP9. Here is my project:
Scanned a B&W photo of boy in raincoat. Would like to like color
yellow the raincoat only. I know how to do it in Photoshop so PSP9
must be able to do also.
I will appreciate if someone could provide step-by-step instructions
or point me to a site for such instructions.
Nathan

Here is a great one by Jasc:

=1

Some of the effects you might need may be in different menus since you'll
be using PSP 9, but have a look around to find what you need.. and if you st
ill
have trouble finding how to do a certain effect, consult the Help menu and w
rite
what effect you need and it will tell you under which menu it is hidden unde
r.

Also, it might be best to use the Brush tool instead of the Flood Fill tool
for precise colouring.

Have fun!
