Empty the cache?..How?

I changed my file location for my patterns to a subfolder of my last one...
from
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop
Pro 7\Patterns to
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop
Pro 7\Patterns\Glitter but even though I restarted, it still goes to
"patterns", not "glitter".....How do I get it to where I want it ?
