How do i publish a site using HTTP?

I woulld appreciate it if someone could help me? i need to process a from,
and my server ensures me that FPSE is installed. The problem is this: I see
on one of the FAQ's that the site must be published in HTTP protocol. How
exactly do i go about doing this?

Publisher will create the site in http protocol. Build your site with
Publisher, and do a File, Save as a web site.  Then upload the resulting
http, gif, and any files you have linked, i.e., pdf, txt, docs etc.

it covers http uploading. The screen shots are in v.2002 but the process is
the same regardless of version.

thank you guys so much. i think with me being afrikaans i kinda got stuffed
with all the http mumbo-jumbo. i'll upload the site - if i dont come right,
