"some of the data is sent perfectly" - what does that mean?
you don't actually say what the problem is you're seeing.
maybe it's that you don't get responses on all fields?? and that would be
because the user didn't fill in a response.
Unless you've tinkered with the code (i.e. action, etc.) the form will be
functional in all standard browsers. If you can disprove that please provide
the URL and state the browser involved.
Other then using Publishers built in support of FPSE to provide the form
processing you would have to use your own form processing program.
