There are major problems when trying to convert a newsletter designed in
Publisher and changing it for the Churches Website.  We use wrapping
extensively when making the newsletter.  There should be a command to freeze
the text in place so it will not interfere with the graphics.  Thus making
the conversion to a web page fairly easy.
