Ok I'm using pub 2003, now I'm creating a site on a 800x600 res machine and
is previews fine but on a 1024x768 res the webpages are justified to the
left. Now I know its pretty hard to get a website looking good in both
resolutions but if there was some setting of centrally justified the
webpages in which ever rsolution then that would make things look a lot
neater. Any ideas?

I don't think you can with Publisher 2003 but one thing you can do to make
the display a bit better is create your pages at 7.5".
