Scrollbar problem

Hello,

I created in dreamweaver a frame, but when I type my index menu at the left
side of the page, a scroll bar is visible when I'm deleting links, but not w
hen
i upload my page to the internet, so most links you can't see on a 15 inch
screen.

How can I solve this problem.

Really hope that someone can help me with this problem
