i have this testpage:
(with Mozilla based browsers)

The two textboxes in the middle are for my content (filled from typo3). I
want that the boxes on the same high and have the same size. That means, if
the window is smaller than the two boxes would be smaller and inverse. The
otherthing is the div "bottom", i want that he has 5px margin-top.
Some people told me to use "display: table-cell" instead of float, cause
float didn't works, but this page must work with IE 5.5. and the table-cell
option is unknown for IE 5.5.
