Has anyone downloaded it yet? Free till the end of the year

It feels like Image Composer to me, and the only editor that works well with
my cheap tablet.

This new series of MSFT gfx pgms only runs on Windows XP and I only have
Windows 2000. Sob. I do lurk in their ng's, however, and the new pgms seem
capable enough.

I think the new pgms will find their strength in Vista, not XP.
