I would like to replicate files from my net server to local mechine without
actualy downloading all the files everytime. Can you suggest a way?

Try a network ng, maybe?

What web editor are you using? FrontPage (any version) or Expression Web?
This question would at least be half on topic then... there are newsgroups
for them....
Use fpse or ftp.
