| Dear M,
Open the file http://www.mamselle.ca/images/sebird.gif in GIF Animator. Open
the window pic in Image Composer. Take frame 1 (it is the 340x88 image), and
hit the copy button. Paste it over the window back in Image Composer where
you want it. Select view... fit composition space to selection. Save it as
bird01.gif. Move the bird aside without moving the composition space bars.
Take frame 2 and put it in that composition space. Save as bird02.gif.
Repeat for all frames. Then reconstruct in GIF Animator to your liking. I
warn you, the final file will be much larger in size. I'd open the gif in
Flash or Swish and animate it that way; animated gifs are somewhat outdated
as a animation tool. Go see my site http://savalas.tv for ideas and code to
steal; see http://savalas.tv/news/pages/911.htm as an example of a simple
flash presentation. Good luck, M.
